Here you can see the counter dressed for the bar location with a distressed wooden top.

Here you can see the bar dressed for the bakery location with a classic formica and chrome top.

This is the top of the body of the counter where the bar top and bakery top attached.

Here you can see the skeleton of the counter top engineering. The pegs here would slot into the holes in the above photo and be tightened with a stove bolt that lay flush to the underside of the counter once attached.
